TRagic accident that occurred on November 11 in Bakersfield, California. Alfonso Martinez died more than a week after his wheelchair was hit by a motorist along Kern Canyon Road. Martinez was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to injuries more than a week after the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
