Aimee Alverson was seriously injured after the motorcycle they were riding crashed on Missouri 43. A 53-year-old man driving a 2006 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic with a 47-year-old female passenger swerved to avoid slowed traffic and, as a result, lost control of the bike. Subsequently, the motorcycle overturned, ejecting both occupants. The motorcycle driver and the passenger, Aimee M. Alverson, were taken to Freeman Hospital West for treatment. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
