88-Year-Old Marjorie Larrivey Killed In Rome, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, January 16th in Rome, New York. 88-year-old Marjorie Larrivey was tragically killed, and her daughter injured, in a wrong-way crash on State Route 365. According to New York State Police, a 2017 Ford Explorer heading the wrong way on the Downtown Rome exit ramp to Erie Boulevard crashed head-on with a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta driven by the victim. She was transported to Rome Memorial Hospital, where she tragically later died. Her daughter was airlifted to University Hospital in Syracuse by Mercy Flight.
