82-Year-Old Florence Kelly Killed In Dallas, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 7 in Dallas, Texas. 82-year-old Florence Kelly was tragically struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Royal Lane near Marsh Lane. According to a police report, a witness told authorities that the driver, who appeared to be a teenage boy, ran a stop sign and slammed into the victim’s car. He and two young female passengers got out of the car and fled after the collision. The Avalon had the Texas license plate PKH5392. Police are actively pursuing the hit-and-run suspect.
