81-Year-Old Wayne Pender Killed In Pensacola, FL Accident

DUI crash on Barrancas Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, March 25 at around 5 PM in Pensacola, Florida. 81-year-old Wayne Pender was tragically killed when he was struck by a drunk driver while driving his golf cart on Barrancas Avenue. He was struck by 75-year-old James Ward Junior who was reportedly driving erratically at the time of the collision. Ward was arrested and charged with DUI manslaughter.
