79-Year-Old Brian Healy Arrested in Moses Lake, WA Accident

DUI Crash at Division Street

A tragic accident occurred on November 20 in Moses Lake, Washington, when a 27-year-old woman was struck in a crosswalk at Division Street and 5th Avenue. Police reported that 79-year-old Brian Healy, driving a 2011 Jeep Liberty, hit the pedestrian around 5:30 p.m. She was transported to Samaritan Hospital with injuries. Healy was arrested for DUI and vehicular assault. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
