Bogart was the driver of a Chevrolet when it was struck by a Ford Taurus driven by Bobbie Daniel Molina, causing the Chevy to roll over. Molina was charged with intoxication manslaughter. I was going east when this accident happened. I joined several others who stopped to render aid. While Mrs. Bogart was already deceased her husband was not. He was walking around and was finally convinced to sit down. Good Samaritan’s held an umbrella over him for shade and we placed cool wet rags on him. He was very concerned for his wife and the young man with them. He was able to speak and was a vey sweet man. My heart still breaks for this sweet man. The man who caused this was walking around fine and kept saying wow. I was appalled. Bless the Bogart family.
