77-Year-Old John Ebner Injured in Port Townsend, WA Accident

Driver fled the scene after collision

A tragic accident occurred on October 29 in Port Townsend, Washington, when 77-year-old John Ebner was injured in a hit-and-run crash on State Highway 20 near milepost 8. According to troopers, a Chevrolet Suburban crossed the centerline and struck Ebner’s vehicle head-on. He was transported to Jefferson Healthcare for treatment. The driver fled on foot but was later identified. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
