76-Year-Old William Trantham Killed in Ector County, TX Accident

Crash reported at I-20 service road intersection

A tragic accident occurred on December 25 in Ector County, Texas, when 76-year-old William Jackson Trantham of Odessa was killed in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of the I-20 north service road and Moss Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Authorities said a 19-year-old driver ran a stop sign, striking Trantham’s Ford Maverick. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
