Wheeler, was injured while riding in a motorhome struck by a motorcycle. The crash occurred around 5:40 p.m. along U.S. Route 2 near milepost 79. The motorcycle attempted an illegal U-turn and collided with the eastbound motorhome. One of the victims was 75-year-old James L. Wheeler, the driver of the motorhome.
