76-Year-Old Jerry Thomas Killed In Lexington, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, April 19 at around 6 PM in Lexington, North Carolina. 76-year-old Jerry Thomas, and his wife, were both tragically killed when they were struck by a wrong way driver on old US Highway 52. Mr. Thomas was traveling southbound when he collided head on with a northbound vehicle traveling in the southbound lane. The victims were both tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Charges are pending against the wrong way driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
