74-Year-Old Anita Rickets Killed In Birmingham, AL Accident

Head on crash along Crestwood Blvd

Tragic accident that occurred on September 18 in Birmingham, Alabama. 74-year-old Anita Lovoy Rickets lost her life following a head-on accident along Crestwood Boulevard in the 7400 block. Rickets was pronounced dead at UAB Hospital. Details about what happened leading up to the accident are still unclear, as the investigation is still ongoing, police said.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
