Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, September 27 at around 7:20 AM in Concord, California. 72-year-old Evangeline Marquez was tragically killed when she was struck by a motor vehicle in the 4300 block of Concord Boulevard near Denkinger Road. The victim was taken to the hospital where she tragically later died. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
