Driver killed after UPS truck crosses center line on FM 3009

A tragic accident occurred on April 13 in Comal County, Texas, when 71-year-old Thomas Carter was killed in a collision with a UPS delivery truck on Farm-to-Market Road 3009 near Ponderosa Way. Authorities said the truck crossed the center line and struck Carter’s Lexus SUV. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details have been released.
