Vehicle Fled Scene After Striking Victim

A tragic accident occurred on September 5 in San Diego, California, when 71-year-old Stacy Ann Denton was struck by a vehicle on Morena Boulevard. Police said the driver fled the scene, leaving Denton critically injured. A passerby called 911, and first responders rushed her to a hospital, where she was sadly pronounced dead.
