71-Year-Old Howard Allen Killed In Orange, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 30 in Orange, Texas. 71-year-old Howard Lewis Allen was struck and killed by a 2018 Toyota Rav4 SUV and an 18-wheeler. The big rig driver reportedly did not stop at the scene. Tragically, Allen died due to injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
