Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 17th in Marshall, Texas.  71-year-old Arturo Vega was tragically struck and killed by a pickup truck near the intersection of West Grand Avenue and Garber Street. Sadly, Vega, who lived in Marshall, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
