Motorcycle wreck on US Route 6

Tragic accident that occurred on September 18 in Wood, Ohio. 70-year-old Albert Potter was hospitalized with serious injuries in a motorcycle crash after his bike was hit by a vehicle on U.S. Route 6 and Liberty Hi Road. A Ford Taurus failed to yield to cross traffic and struck the rear tire of Potter's Harley-Davidson. The Napoleon motorcyclist was ejected from his bike and sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Wood County Hospital. The driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way and driving under suspension. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
