69-Year-Old Velma White Injured In Scott, MO AccidentCrash on Route Y and ZPosted: 3 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This Story Tragic accident that occurred on April 26th in Scott, Missouri. 69-year-old Velma White was one of three women injured in a 2-vehicle crash at the intersection of Routes Y and Z when the driver of another vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign. According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2012 Jeep Cherokee, driven by Ronald M. Pope failed to obey a stop sign and collided with a 2009 Nissan Altima. White, the driver of the Nissan, suffered serious injuries and was transported to St. Francis Medical Center for treatment.
