Pedestrian struck on North Jackson Avenue

 Tragic accident that occurred on January 22nd in San Jose, California. 69-year-old Oscar Gutierrez was tragically killed when he was struck by a motorist on North Jackson Avenue. According to officers Gutierrez was struck by  a Toyota SUV that initially left the scene, but then returned to cooperate with the investigation. No additional details of the crash were immediately available. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
