68-Year-Old Lisa Kopetski Injured in Benton County, WA Accident

Hit-and-run driver flees scene after crash

A tragic accident occurred on September 10 in Benton County, Washington, when 68-year-old Lisa Kopetski was injured in a two-vehicle crash. Kopetski was driving west on Interstate 82 when she slowed due to traffic, and another vehicle struck her Honda CR-V from behind. She was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center for treatment. The other driver fled the scene and has not been located. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
