68-Year-Old John Bishop Killed In Magnolia, NJ Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 19th in Magnolia, New Jersey. 68-year-old John Bishop was tragically killed when a fire truck responding to a cardiac arrest call collided with a vehicle. John Bishop was traveling in a car that came in contact with a Lawnside fire truck headed south on Warwick Road. The victim was traveling west on the White Horse Pike at the time of the accident, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said. Three firefighters sustained minor injuries in the deadly wreck. It has yet to be determined whether the fire truck had its lights and sirens on, as an investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
