A tragic accident occurred on April 7 in Lubbock, Texas, when 67-year-old William Goodwin was killed after being struck by a northbound tractor-trailer on Interstate 27 near 50th Street. Goodwin was found with severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained and is not facing charges. Authorities continue investigating.
