67-Year-Old Scott Wiggins Killed in Moore County, TX Accident

Hit-and-Run on U.S. Highway 87

A tragic accident occurred on August 21 in Moore County, Texas, when 67-year-old Scott Wiggins of Wichita Falls was struck by a tractor-trailer while walking along the southbound side of U.S. Highway 87. The crash happened around 12:04 a.m. near Dumas. Emergency responders declared Wiggins deceased at the scene. The truck driver fled and remains at large.
