67-Year-Old Edith Fields Killed In Savannah, GA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on July 17th in Savannah, Georgia. 67-year-old Edith Fields was tragically killed when a front tire detached from an SUV and struck her on a sidewalk near Staley Avenue and Montgomery Street. She was rushed to Memorial Medical Center but sadly died shortly after. Police continue to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
