66-Year-Old John Lamb Killed in Palestine, TX Accident

Collision on U.S. 79 under investigation

A tragic accident occurred on December 17 in Palestine, Texas, when 66-year-old John Lamb, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 79 near County Road 367. According to DPS troopers, a Ford pickup truck struck the vehicle Lamb was driving. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in Lamb's vehicle was transported to a hospital, but no condition was released. The collision remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
