65-Year-Old Douglas Arnold Killed In Wayne Township, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, March 27 at around 8:38 AM in Wayne Township, Ohio. 65-year-old Douglas Arnold was tragically killed in a crash on Ohio 3 at County Road 78. Rodney Roper was traveling westbound when investigators said he disregarded a stop sign when entering the intersection. Arnold was unable to avoid the vehicle, and a collision occurred. Arnold sadly died from injuries sustained in the crash. Preliminary information indicates that drugs may have been a contributing factor in the crash. The crash remains under imvestigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
