64-Year-Old Oscar Duque Killed in Adkins, TX Accident

Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on East Loop 1604

A tragic accident occurred on August 18 in Adkins, Texas, when 64-year-old Oscar Duque was killed in a head-on collision along East Loop 1604, north of U.S. Highway 87. Authorities reported his vehicle overturned after impact and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
