64-Year-Old David Ray Whisenhunt Killed in Kilgore, TX Accident

Man struck and killed along State Highway 31

A tragic accident occurred on October 24 in Kilgore, Texas, when 64-year-old David Ray Whisenhunt was struck by a pickup truck while walking along State Highway 31 at approximately 7:15 p.m. Emergency responders arrived, but sadly Whisenhunt was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities have not released further details about the driver. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
