63-Year-Old John Skubic Killed In Kitsap, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 21st in Kitsap, Washington. 63-year-old John Skubic was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Central Valley Road. A 28-year-old man crossed onto the shoulder and fatally hit the victim. After striking the victim, the driver left the scene; however, he was tracked down and arrested on investigation of vehicular homicide and felony hit and run.
