62-Year-Old Joseph Serrano Killed in Brazoria County, TX Accident

Motorcycle collision on Bluewater Highway

A tragic accident occurred on November 7 in Brazoria County, Texas, when 62-year-old Joseph Serrano was struck in a head-on motorcycle collision on Bluewater Highway. According to DPS, Serrano was riding westbound when an 80-year-old rider crossed the double yellow lines on a Yamaha, hitting him. Serrano was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, where he later died. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
