61-Year-Old Mark Poirier Killed in Temple, TX Accident

Struck on West State Highway 36

A tragic accident occurred on October 14 in Temple, Texas, when 61-year-old Mark Poirier from Moody was struck and killed by a vehicle. Around 5:52 a.m., Poirier was hit in the 10700 block of West State Highway 36 and pronounced dead at the scene. Temple police are investigating the circumstances of the pedestrian accident. No other victims reported in this incident. Authorities continue their probe. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
