61-Year-Old Jay Hamilton Injured in Orange, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on October 22 in Orange, Texas, when 61-year-old Jay Hamilton of Newton was injured in a two-vehicle crash. Police said a 31-year-old driver in a Lexus turned left from State Road 62 onto FM 1078 and failed to yield, colliding with Hamilton’s Ram. Hamilton was hospitalized with injuries. The Lexus driver was cited for failure to yield and no insurance. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
