Tragic accident that occurred on October 28 in Mobile, Alabama. 61-year-old Franklin Ridgeway died after being hit by a vehicle while walking on Butler Street in the 1700 block. He was rushed to University Hospital in Mobile, where Ridgeway later passed away. The vehicle left the scene and the driver is being sought by authorities.
