60-Year-Old Lucia Villa Killed in El Paso, TX Accident

Red-Light Violation Leads to Deadly Collision

A tragic accident occurred on December 6 in El Paso, Texas, when 60-year-old Lucia Villa was fatally injured after a black Chrysler 300 ran a red light on Montana Avenue at Desert Meadows Road. The Chrysler struck a northbound Ford Focus, ejecting Villa from the vehicle. She was taken to Sierra Providence East Hospital, where she later died. Three passengers suffered life-threatening injuries. The Chrysler’s driver was arrested for intoxication-related charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
