Dump truck driver faces reckless driving charge

A tragic accident occurred on October 3 in College Station, Texas, when a dump truck driven by 60-year-old Alvin Gilbert crashed into multiple vehicles along Raymond Stotzer Parkway near Farm to Market Road 2818. One person suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. Authorities arrested Gilbert, charging him with reckless driving. The College Station Police Department continues investigating the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
