A tragic accident occurred on March 18 in Tyler, Texas, when 59-year-old Tammy Lee Asher was killed in a head-on collision between two tractor-trailers on Toll 49. Asher was pronounced dead at the scene. Another driver sustained minor injuries in the crash. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
