59-Year-Old Jacqueline Hayes Killed In Melbourne, FL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 22nd in Melbourne, Florida. 59-year-old Jacqueline Haynes lost her life when she was struck by a motorist at Babcock Street and Silver Palm Avenue. According to police, officers were dispatched and found the victim suffering from life-threatening injuries and she was transported to an area hospital. She sadly later succumbed to injuries. Drugs or alcohol did not appear to play a role in the crash, police said. Witnesses are asked to call Traffic Homicide Investigation Officer Chris Livingston at 321-288-8288.
