Hernandez faces charges of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in connection with the crash. Sadly, Ms. Eller was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the Fort Worth Police Department. From what i have heard, it sounds like it was an instant death for her. I am indeed upset knowing that my favorite family member has passed even though this was a while ago. i feel that the suspect should at least face 20-25 years in prison.
