Chef Dies in Windsor Drive Collision

A tragic accident occurred on August 15 in Denton, Texas, when 58-year-old Rossana Cacal was killed in a two-vehicle crash at West Windsor Drive and Northway. Authorities reported that the vehicle she was in failed to yield while turning and was struck by another car driven by 22-year-old Noah Kendrick. Cacal, a chef at Chestnut Tree, was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead. Kendrick was arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
