Tragic accident that occurred on January 21st in Grass Valley, California. 58-year-old Billy Upshaw, a U.S. Army veteran, was tragically struck and killed by a car while walking his dog at the intersection of South Church and Dalton streets. Upshaw was rushed to a Sacramento-area trauma center, where he tragically later died. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
