Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, April 12 at around 6:30 PM in Foley, Minnesota. 57-year-old Richard Theisen was tragically killed in a head on collision with the 20-year-old female driver of a Chrysler on Highway 23. Mr. Theisen, and the female driver were both tragically killed in the crash. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victims
