Two vehicles caught fire after collision on U.S. 70

A tragic accident occurred on October 24 in Hale County, Texas, when 57-year-old Julie Bryant of Olton was killed in a head-on crash on U.S. 70. A 29-year-old man driving a BMW crossed into Bryant’s lane while passing in a no-passing zone, causing both cars to catch fire. Both drivers died at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate.
