Tragic accident that occurred on February 2 in Los Angeles, California. 56-year-old Scott Martin lost his life after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Washington Place while crossing the street. The suspect, driving a dark-colored SUV, fled the scene before police arrived. Tragically, Martin died from injuries sustained in the crash.
