Khezri of Woodinville was killed in a head-on collision on U.S. Highway 2 near milepost 31 around 5:17 p.m. A westbound Ford Fusion crossed the centerline and struck Khezri’s eastbound Ford F-150. A third vehicle, a Honda CR-V, then collided with the F-150. Two other people in the F-150 also died, while the Honda driver and passenger were hospitalized. Authorities continue to investigate.
