Pedestrian Fatally Struck Near Norwood and Eleanor Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on May 16 in Sacramento, California, when 55-year-old Thongthai Xanaxay was struck by a vehicle near Norwood Avenue and Eleanor Avenue around 8:30 a.m. Emergency responders transported Xanaxay to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
