55-Year-Old Dennis Scruggs Killed In Spartanburg, SC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 16 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. 55-year-old Dennis Scruggs died when he was struck by an SUV on U.S. Highway 221. Scruggs was on foot heading south when a northbound 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe struck him. Sadly, Scruggs died at the site of the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
