Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 1st in Kennewick, Washington. 54-year-old Andres Cabrales was tragically killed in a traffic collision on Interstate-82. A vehicle was headed eastbound on I-82 near milepost 121 when the driver drifted off the roadway for unknown reasons and struck the guardrail. The car then turned over the railing, traveled down an embankment, and eventually rested on its top. Cabrales, a passenger was tragically killed in the wreck.
