53-Year-Old Timothy Zavala Killed in Alvin, TX Accident

Struck on State Highway 35 South

A tragic accident occurred on August 9 in Alvin, Texas, when 53-year-old Timothy Zavala was struck and killed in a hit-and-run. Around 3:30 a.m., Zavala was walking south in the 3300 block of State Highway 35 South near Briscoe Park when a northbound vehicle hit him. The Alvin resident died at the scene. Authorities are searching for the driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
