53-Year-Old Tammie Downer Killed in Highland, CA Accident

Colton woman dies in Baseline Street crash

A tragic accident occurred on September 19 in Highland, California, when 53-year-old Tammie Downer of Colton was killed in a vehicle crash. The incident happened at about 10:17 p.m. at the intersection of Baseline Street and Valaria Drive. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Downer was an occupant in the crash and sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
